DuraSil L is a single component, water-based surface hardener based on lithium silicates. These silicates react with the calcium hydroxide within the concrete matrix to harden the concrete surface making the concrete surface dust free and easier to clean.  Lithium based silicate densifiers show the lowest tendency towards the formation of white deposits on the surface from densifier pooling.
